Eugene and his brother Rick showed up ready to work, and it was immediately obvious this wasn’t their first rodeo. The pricing was reasonable and Eugene was straightforward to deal with — no runaround, no upselling, just honest work at a fair rate.
One of my trees presented a real puzzle — wedged between three different properties with zero room for error. Rather than rushing through it, the crew took their time. A climber went up and methodically worked through every branch, with each limb carefully roped down to the ground. Not a fence, roof, or flower bed was touched. Watching them work through that one was honestly impressive.
Another tree had been slowly creeping toward my house and my neighbor’s, so they rolled in the bucket truck and handled it efficiently. Problem solved before it became a much bigger headache down the road.
